1st day back to work.. feeling down

LO is in the daycare at my job... close but quite a walk down there. I have been EBF and now have to resort to some pumped bottles. Feeling very sad and guilty..  can anyone offer any cheer me up words?

    I can't really offer words to cheer you up, sorry.  But I can tell you that almost all working moms feel the same way!!!  I cried every day for a week when I went back to work with DS#1, and he was home with his dad (I worked nights then)!!  Just be reassured that your feelings are completely normal and will subside in time.  Good Luck Momma, and look forward to all the snuggles you can give your LO when you get home!!!

    This was me Friday and yesterday and today.  It suuuuuucks. 

    For me, it helps to think of daycare as "school" and the daycare lady as their "teacher".  (I was getting really sad that they'd assume daycare was their new home and the daycare lady was their new mommy.)  It's my job to go to work and their job to go to school.
