I asked about infertility coverage and this is not covered under any of the plans that we offer. The Contact Center representative did say that some of her blood work might be covered, but that the employee would need to contact UHC with the procedure being done (i.e. type of blood work, etc) to find out if it was indeed covered.And, my b/w was covered, but that's about it. Awesome. I don't see IVF happening anytime soon...

That stinks. Unfortunately this is pretty much the norm though.
I am hesitating even with IUI because it is going to cost me 2k OOP with monitoring.
