We've just started giving him formula now, but when he was 9 months he would nurse about 3 times (morning, bedtime and once at night), and then would have 3 bottles.

Yesterday my dr just asked me to cut back to 3 or 4 from 5 times. But DD isn't getting enough calories during the day so she wants me feeding her more food instead of breastmilk. I think normal would be nursing 4 or 5 times a day.
