Clogged milk duct after weaning

Help!  I weaned Emma about 3 weeks ago.  I did it VERY gradually.  Now I have a clogged milk duct and it HURTS.  What do I do??  I've never really been able to get milk out with a breast pump, or I'd try that.  Should I just let her nurse occasionally until it clears?  I hate to confuse her though.  Dang it.

    i have had so many its not even funny. the best thing that helps me is a hand expressed my milk to help. but after 2-3 days mayb another day it will be gone. i know how you feel! I would say it keep continuing I totally would put her back on..
