TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

update on me.

I had my follow up u/s today. Lining of 7.8 mm and 1 follicle on the right side at 17.5 and there was one on the left at 12 mm. She said she was disappointed that I only had 1 good looking follie that she really expected more. As soon as she started she asked me if I had been doing OPKs yet and asked if I had gotten a positive yet. When I told her that no I had not gotten a positive yet she said well you will tonight, and sure enough when I got home I did one and it is positive. She told me to start the progesterone suppositories 2 days after my first positive OPK. She said if this month does not work then we will up the clomid to 150 mg next month.

Also where she had re-done my blood work my Protein S is still not back, which is the one that was positive last time. But so far all of it has been negative so she is thinking that my old RE was wrong and that I don't have a clotting disorder. And if I don't then I will be moved over into the category of Unexplained Recurrent Miscarriage. For which the only thing they have to treat it with is progesterone. I'm not sure whether to be happy that nothing is wrong or to be upset that there is nothing "causing" the miscarriages.
