Overnight Diapers

E has never leaked through an overnight diaper but they are really full first thing in the morning.  I'm willing to try anything to get her to sleep in past 5:00 am.  It's very likely that she's just plain uncomfortable in the wet diaper.

If you use overnight diapers, what is your experience with them?   I took a quick look at the grocery store this morning and didn't see any in size 1-2 or 2.  Do they only come in the bigger sizes?

  • I just either use a size up in the Pampers Baby dry or the Luvs, but I mainly go up a size because J is a tummy sleeper and he leaks out the top.

I have some size 3s stashed away.  I'll give it a shot tonight.

  • I use the huggies over nights, I didn't need them til DD was probalby about 8 or 9 mo. old. I haven't had to use them for DS yet. Though he did leak out of his luvs last night. I never cared for the FP over nights, they seemed stiff. Huggies are def. my fave for DD. I think they do only come in bigger sizes.

  • They start at size 3.  I've had to use them with DS since he was 17 months old and with DD since she was 3 months old. They work.
  • I use the Pampers overnight diapers.  I went up a size from her normal diaper size.  Even when Kate sleeps 12 hours they don't leak.
