Fertileaid vs. Vitex?

Okay, what do I need?  Do I buy just plain vitex or do I buy the more expensive Fertileaid which contains vitex and other stuff?

Re: Fertileaid vs. Vitex?

  • i say try vitex first since it's cheaper and then go from there.  i found that 2 vitex a day works to move up my o date.  when i tried just 1 a day it didn't work as well.  it says you can take 3 (400mg) pills/day.

  • I don't know anything about this.  I have seen most taking Vitex.  I am off to look at fertileaid.
  • I would go with straight up vitex and I agree with babes, take 800mg a day. I would take that, a good prenatal multivitamin, fish oil, B6 and coenzyme q10.
