Dr Brown's plastic bottles compatible with..

 which pumps?

 

I am a first time momma with no clue on what I will need to successfully pump. I found a Dr. Browns pump online, but it got horrible reviews. I am just curious on which pumps you use that work well with the Dr. Browns regular (not wide-neck) plastic bottles. TIA! 

mom to baby Zoe, DX Osteogenesis Imperfecta type 3, over 50 fractures since birth, 4 surgeries, uses a wheelchair, severe sleep apnea, mild hydrocephalus, beautiful blue eyes.

    I'd love to hear the answers to this one as well. I have Dr. Brown's bottles and the Ameda Purely Yours pump.

    i too would like to understand this - i thought all bottles were compatible with all pumps. at BBB this weekend when I registered - they said I could pick out any bottle line, it didn't have to match my pump?

    I know Medela for sure and Hygeia comes with an adapter ring that fit Dr. Browns, those are the only two brands I've had experience with.

    I use a Medela double pump, with both Medela and Ameda flanges.  I pump into a few Medela storage bottles and a few Evenflo storage bottles, and I use Dr. Brown's lids on the bottles. They all fit together just fine. =)
