labor buddies

What exactly is a labor buddy? I thought it was someone that was due the same time as you are but with the post I read recently that said something about being due 2 weeks after the OP's due date, I'm real confused. THANKS!

    They tell the board when you go into labor... and you can encourage and support you throughout the pregnancy. You want to be due a few weeks apart so you aren't in labor at the same time.

    My labor buddy and I keep sending emails to each other telling about ourselves and how our pregnancies are going so far. We will let everyone know when each of us goes into labor.

    If you want a labor buddy, just write a new post asking if anyone wants one. If no one responds I am more than willing to have more than one labor buddy. :) I am due not quite 2 weeks before you (march 15th), but my labor buddy is due March 1st and I bet she'd be willing to have another one. Let me know if you can't find one!
