  • Didn't get to 2 of my items last week so:

Tonight: Spaghetti and boiled corn on the cob

    Tuesday: Probably left overs

    Wednesday: Chili and corn bread

    Thursday: Bertolli meal

    Friday: Left overs

Actually, I'd like to take a shot a making meatballs instead of my normal meat sauce for the spaghetti, but I don't have any idea how to to them. Sugguestions anyone?  Monica, how do you do yours?

    Wednesday: Pork chops

Thursday: Thinking about doing a homemade margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil

Friday: Spare ribs cooked by DH!

I actually buy the ones from Publix.  They are freshly made there and are in the meat department next to the ground beef.  I have made them before, and they really aren't hard, but for week night meals I always try to take short-cuts and this is one of them!

LOL!  I forgot that Publix didn't have any meatballs when I went to the store the other day, so I'm making these tonight:
