I havent found her an actual coat yet. Our Pedi recommended buying clothes that can be layered. She also said to remove jackets and other bulky clothing before putting DD in her carseat. I will carry a blanket that I can throw over her once I put her in the carseat.
I have 2 coats for her in case one gets dirty, we still have another one. Both coats are rather thick and will be worn in the carseat. It gets to -40 here for probably about a month and rarely gets higher then -15 (about 5 for you) from November to March, so really the blanket thing just doesn't work. We have a snowsuit for when we go play outside too, but that won't be worn in the carseat. Other then that, we have a lot of sweaters, pants and long-sleeved onsies that we will layer for warmth. One of our coats is from the Children's Place and it's a cute cord pink one, but I can't find a picture of it online. The other one is a puffy one with a fur rimmed hood, but it's from Superstore so I know you won't have that in the States!
