help w/congestion

so A has been congested for about a month now, esp at night. I've tried running a humidifier, elevated his mattress, I give him saline drops, I put him in the bathroom w/me, I just dont know what else to do. I tried to get him to fall asleep in his bouncy seat so that he's sitting upright, but no go, he's a tummy sleeper. And now that he's rolling over all ways, he just doesnt lay still in his bed. UGH I feel so bad, i wake him up and snooter his nose becuz he's really clogged. Last night I put Vicks on my finger and held it above is nose, I'm at a loss and going to call his doc tomorrow. I just feel so bad.  Sad
