We got different pieces to make up a cat costume from Target. I'm due 11/14 and don't even know if we'll be able to go out. I got her her a black shirt and pants for like $4 a piece, so she can wear those if we don't get to go out. And I bought a whole cat accesory set for like $5.

DS is going to be a fireman. My MIL got the costume at Target. I had looked everywhere for a soft, red fireman costume and she found it at Target of all places. I am going to order yellow suspenders online though, because I am not sure how long the coat will stay on...

I found a dragon (Children's Place brand) from a kids consignment shop yesterday for $7.50. The costume was in great condition and it fits him perfectly.
