On our local board we do a weekly menu post so I thought I'd post here as well. I meal plan on Saturdays and love reading other's menus for inspiration. I get so sick of chicken. So here's ours for the week
Tonight- homemade pizza
Sunday- Salmon/steaks w/ homemade mac and cheese and a veggie
Monday- Turkey sloppy joes with homemade fries
Tuesday- Chicken stir-fry
Weds.- Baked ziti and a salad
Thurs.- Vietnamese rice noodle wraps
Fri.- Chicken sausages and peppers and burgers for the boys.
What are you having? My kids have thermoses too so some of this will end up in their lunchboxes (and mine too) for lunch this week.
Re: weekly dinner menus
In no particular order...
Chicken Philly Sandwiches (this is kind of our own creation of chicken/onion/banana peppers with melted provologne on a toasted bun)
Chinese Pepper Steak & Eggrolls
Hungarian Mushroom Soup with French Bread (Tomato Soup for the kids)
Breaded Ravioli & Ceasar Salad
Pesto Pasta with Broccoli & Zucchini
I made chili and macaroni & cheese this weekend, so we will have chili leftovers for a few nights this week. The kids will have hot dogs and carrot sticks on those nights.
I'm also planning on making a baked turkey breast one night.
The other item will be zucchini quiche.
Su= Steaks/ baked potatoes( sweet potato for me) / mixed veggies

I do but I've never made it before. I will page you and post it later this week if it's a keeper.
I love posts like this! I always end up with suchgreat ideas. Normally, I'll try and do this for a 2 week stretch, but I was tired today so I only did 1 week.
Ours:
Monday - Meatball soup (crockpot)
Tuesday - Crockpot pasta sauce with fresh bread
Wednesday - Zesty chicken tortillas with spanish rice
Thursday - Baked french toast with praline topping and fresh fruit

My DH is Hungarian and his gma makes a whole bunch of Hungarian recipes. Let me know what you think. I'm almost full Italian so I have that cuisine down but Hungarian... not so much.
