I have no idea...I know we'll have ribeyes one night and chicken another night but that's as far as I've gotten so far....I'm looking for new ideas for sides if anyone has any new and interesting things they'd like to share.
Last night: Frozen pizza Tonight: Red beans and rice Wednesday: Probably left-overs Thursday: Chicken & rice casserole (never made it last week) Friday: Either Stouffers dinner or Hamburger Helper

I actually buy the ones from Publix. They are freshly made there and are in the meat department next to the ground beef. I have made them before, and they really aren't hard, but for week night meals I always try to take short-cuts and this is one of them!

Tonight: Possibly homemade roasted veggie minestrone (another PW recipe! I'm obsessed!)
Tomorrow night: Going out for a friend's birthday

Thursday: Thinking about doing a homemade margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil
Friday: Spare ribs cooked by DH!
