I love love food, I call myself a food snob! lol. I always thinking about what to make for dinner! I don't think it helps that I am watching food network. Dh won't be home for dinner, but I may just make a dinner anyways, not sure.

I'm thinking either pot roast or getting cheese sticks from papa johns!

What is everyone else making or doing for dinner?

As a Chef I totally know what you mean...I don't know what I am making just yet..it will involve chicken.

I did a pot roast last week with potato pancakes it was super good...I really like anything that involves good homemade gravy.

My mom texted me last night to let me know my dad is making Chicken N Dumplings tonight. I responded "what time should I arrive?". I've been thinking about that yummy meal since yesterday afternoon!

I've got homade cinammon buns in the oven, homemade chicken and wild rice soup on the stove and I will make either italian bread sticks or dinner rolls to go with the soup. It's rainning here (as per usual) +I have a cold = comfort food.

Baz, I didn't know you were a chef! I used to be (before deciding to be a SAHM & jewelry salesperson)... every day ALL day is about food. Plus Our household is Italian and Spanish... Our conversation at lunch is about what will be for dinner. lol.

On that note, I was given the night off by my BIL. He's here cooking Cheeseburger buns (awesome little bread balls filled with burger meat & cheese... total preg food) for the football games.

We went to the Renaissance Festival tonight so I had a very large turkey leg, some caramel/chocolate/nut thing on a stick, and lemonade. Not the most healthy meal, but it was delicious!
