I know I have heard good things about one of these but can't remember. Anyone have either of these? The kitchen looks really small but could still be fun. FWIW I am thinking for LO's birthday or christmas so something that will be fun from 1 year to 18 months. WDYT??
Laugh and Learn Kitchen Laugh and Learn House
Re: Laugh and Learn Kitchen vs. House
I'd get the house. DD1 is 6 now and it just came out when she was a baby. I saved it, and now DD2 is playing with it. I'm getting the kitchen soon as well.. and maybe even the farm..lol
Also, I have the Laugh and Learn birdbath that is now discontinued... it is selling on amazon by a toy collector company for $129

I love the name Cora!
My son had the house and played with it for about two years. I can't say about the kitchen. It looks cute though.
My baby loves my son's Little Tikes deluxe wooden kitchen and laundry center. He plays with it daily.
We have the kitchen and DD really likes it. The kitchen has been redesigned though and now is very small. So if you are buying new, I'd choose the house, or search out an old style used kitchen. We got ours for a steal on craigslist!
P.S. I want that bird bath too, that stinks that it was discontinued!
We have the kitchen and it's very small compared to the house... but I guess that's the major reason for the big price difference. DD really likes the kitchen and it has cute songs that don't really get annoying like some of the other toys we have. I'm still thinking I'd like to have the house too though, half of her toys now are too babyish and the house would be a good replacement for those for her birthday or Christmas.
My only complaint with the kitchen is that it isn't too sturdy. My DD uses everything to stand up on and it easily falls over. It's small enough though that she doesn't hurt herself, I'm just constantly holding it steady or standing it back up. I don't regret buying it though because she does enjoy playing with it.
