When do babies sleep through the night..and I don't mean 5 hours..I mean...THROUGH the entire night..like put them down at 8 and up at 7am sorta night. ???
Acc to my pedi FF babies have the ability to STTN for 10-12 hours when they are around 4 months old. However, this doesn't mean that they actually will
Like PP said there is no set age. My DD didn't sleep through the night until she was almost 6 months and we let her CIO. My friends son sttn right away, she could set him down and he would just drift off to sleep, her daughter needs to be rocked and doesn't sttn... there is no formula.
DD1 was 15 months when she first did it. We got 3 months out of her before she started waking again. She was EBF. She consistently started STTN when she was about 2.
It depends if they are formula feed or breastfeed. FF around 4 months and BF around 6 months. But you never know with these babies, they are all different.
Re: speaking of STTN...
There is no set age when babies start sleeping through the night. Every baby is different.
Dawson started STTN 7-7 at 6 months. But i know several peoples kids who didnt do this until much later or some even earlier.

This might be true in a general sense, but Owen is EFF & he still gets up to eat a couple times a night.
