Babies: 6 - 9 Months

So I am in my car...

DS is napping in his carseat. He is in his convertible seat so I can't just bring him into the house. I have no intention of waking him from this nap, so here I sit... In my driveway... Bumping from my Droid.

  • I have done the same thing!
  • Haha, I do this all the time!
  • I've done this before.  Smile
  • Can't say I haven't been there before.
  • BTDT. DH came home from work and pulled up to me sitting in my car. Of course, she woke up when he shut his car door, so he really had no idea why I was just sitting there. Lol.

Nope lol and if my neighbors weren't already looking at me funny I would put my seat back and sleep with him! I guess Target wore him out. He has been sleeping for an hour.

We just put in the convertable car seat today and of course DD falls asleep on the way back from brunch.  But, I have mastered the art of moving her while sleeping, so fortunately I was able to move her to her crib without waking her up, but if not, I would totally have sat there in the car with her!

You're good! DS won't have that at all. If you move him, he's up!

  • haha good I thought I was the only one who has done that!!  BTW I LOVE your LO's name ... very good taste (my little dude is Carter James, too)!!
  • We have an 80/20 shot of Z waking up. We have not changed seats yet, but he sleeps longer if we can get him in his crib. We always go with it and take him out. I have taken longer routes to assure he is knocked out and it increases our chances by anoth 10%.
