I was going to answer yes...that if a celebrity had a decent name, and I happen to like that name, then I would.
But then I realized that I don't keep tabs on celebrity news, and if it weren't for Name Berry, I'd have no idea who was born to whom. So I guess my answer is no. If my name choices happen to be similar, then I'd probably just say it's a coincidence.
I love Vivienne (especially that spelling), and I know Brad and Angelina used it. I can't really think of many other celebrity baby names to know if I would use them or not. I know I wouldn't use Apple, Sparrow, etc.

Well... we used Vivian, but we had it picked out long before Brad and Angelina used it. We considered NOT using it because of them, but loved it too much.
Love Matilda, too. We also really discussed Beatrix.
I guess I already did, since I often get "Oh Matilda, like Heath Ledger's (and Michelle Williams) daughter." Though that obviously had nothing to do with why I chose that name. I also really like Seraphina.
I wouldn't go for anything too iconic, personally. (Suri, Shiloh, etc.) Someday, I suppose these kids will be old enough that people don't care that much, but for now, I would probably not use anything like that.
I think there are some celebrities that pick pretty normal names, and I wouldn't refrain from naming a kid a name that I liked just because someone famous used it.
Re: Any celebrity children's names you'd consider using?
Sure. One of my favorite names, Tallulah, is a "celebrity baby name" (Demi Moore/Bruce Willis).
I also like:
Seraphina (Ben Affleck/Jennifer Garner)
Shiloh (Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie)
Vivienne (Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie)
Beatrix (Jodie Sweetin)
Valentina (Salma Hayek)
Clementine (Ethan Hawke)
I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as I'm living my baby you'll be.

I don't keep tabs on most starbaby names, though.
