how do you put in the siggy?

I wanna add my october siggy but i can't figure out how to put the picture in there. i know where to put it and how to get to it, but i can't seem to figure out how to put it there. if anyone can help i'd appreciate it .... thanks!!!!

I prefer to host with https://imageshack.us/ it allows you to resize your image to set sizes to suit your needs.
