Did you ever figure the sling out?  I found this on youtube. 

cradle carry

front carry (kangaroo)

There are even some on BFing in the sling.

ETA:  These are peanut shell directions, but it seems to be very similar to seven slings.

    ::: butting in ::: I got mine in today and I feel like it's a bit small but I don't know if I'm sending it back or not.  I got the size 3 since that's what the sizer suggested, but I felt like it was a little tough getting her in it.  Also, I'm not sure if it was that I didn't have her in it correctly or what, but she didn't seem to like it too much.

    I feel like mine is small too, but I won't have a baby to put in it for awhile.  Of course I also have a 5 month pregnant belly too!  I haven't had a chance to follow the directions carefully and put a doll or teddy bear in it.  I got a 4 per the sizing instructions.  Maybe that's how it supposed to be.  I don't know....

    LOL, I have not even attempted to do try again, but will this weekend...I will try your You tube link and see if it helps me...Again I am probably a moron....Blayne did hers with no problem, so I do not get it lol!!
