xp: brewer's yeast

So I just finally picked up some brewer's yeast to hopefully increase my milk supply. How do you take your brewer's yeast? I'm going to try making lactation cookies but I was hoping some of you had some ideas for eating it that would be faster.

    You can sprinkle it on popcorn and oatmeal. I just sprinkled it on my fettuccine, couldn't even taste it.

    Where did you get it? I was going to make the lactation banana bread but I have no clue where to get it let alone what section of the store it would be in!

    I found it at a wine/beer store. They specialize in brewing beer so they carry brewer's yeast. I tried looking for it at the local grocery store but had no luck. Someone mentioned that they found it at their local GNC.
