I'm doing them, but am on my last refinement, meaning my teeth are almost straight! The only things I find to be a hassle is trying to keep them in for the 22 hours a day, because I'm wanting to eat...all...the...time!
I had braces pre-pregnancy. The ortho wasn't concerned he just told me to be diligent about brushing to avoid any gum problems. I'm already pretty diligent because I can't stand the food and stuff getting stuck in and around my braces. I'd say if you don't already have them though, wait.

Re: Invisalign while pregnant?
Your gums are softer while pregnant, so I would assume trying to do something like braces would fail. I would check with your orthodontist though.

Not to mention your gums are so much more sensitive and susceptible to inflammation and infection during pregnancy. You don't want to risk that.
