DD1 currently uses an aquarium light and music box on her crib side to fall asleep, but I've realized that once DD2 gets here and is sleeping in the nursery then they'd have "dueling" music boxes when they're both trying to go to sleep. I'd like to switch DD1 to something that projects stars onto the ceiling and plays music so that she can get used to it now. Any recommendations?
I plan to get this one that I saw in the store, it projects stars on the ceiling, but as far as I know it doesn't play music. Just in case you can't find one that does, maybe you could use this and something separate for music?
Yeah, I saw that one. I suppose I could find something else for the music. I might check out some science stores and maybe find a star projector that plays CDs or something there (something not specifically made for nurseries).
I have the turtle it is great and turns off after awhile when baby falls asleep. I also have the sheep with has four calming sounds. I use them both and my baby falls asleep after 5 minutes!
