I have had the mirena since 6w pp. I got my first pp period august 26. But I haven't gotten a period this month. I know the Mirena can stop your cycle. If it stopped yours, was it a steady lightening of your period to nothing, did it all of a sudden stop, or was it never there to begin with? Thanks. :)

    A sudden stop. But, you can still get pregnant on Mirena.

    If we had sex at all in a 30 day period I POAS on the first of every month. Just in case.

    Yeah, take an HPT. I bet it's negative. My AF stopped almost right away and I was like clockwork.  Smile

    Never got a pp period and have had the mirena since I think 6w or 8w pp. I have had tiny, I mean, tiny spotting, but that is all.

    I have had one PP period. I got the Mirena at 6wks PP and that triggered AF and then nothing.
