One thing I HATE about DH is his lack of adventure when eating... meaning if I buy even remotely interesting cheese, I have to either eat it all (which means I feel guilty) or throw some away (which gives me anxiety attacks) and waste food.
My personal motto is "cheese makes everything better". so I say EAT IT!
Seriously, you'd be hard-pressed to find a food that isn't made better by some form of cheese.
Momma to three boys:

Alex - 18mo
Jack - born 2/23/12 at 20w due to ruptured uterus (previa and accreta resulting in hysterectomy)
He only lived here on Earth for an hour, but he will live in our hearts forever.
