  you are "allowed" to take sudafed, but it may affect on your milk supply (which may be temporary).  I've taken it before because toughing it out and other non-medication remedies were not working, and I took minimal amounts and did not notice any effects.

  Ditto the saline spray. I was told I could take Afrin (or something like that). I did. It helped a little.

  I have the best luck w/ Claritin. Doesn't affect supply and usually works pretty well on sinus issues even if they aren't allergy related.
