Need help with putting a photo in my sig

Hi everyone! I'm trying to put a pic of my little guy in my sig, but even when following the direction in the FAQ (with the <imgsrc etc etc), it still doesn't work! I uploaded the pic onto tinypic and got the link (ending in .jpg) but when I follow the directions, all that shows up in my sig is the words, not the picture! Any help would be appreciated!

Now I'm going to test out doing a PIP since I can NEVER do those correctly. Hope it works!
