It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    Pretty good, very happy to be out of the f-ing hospital! My meds make me really dizzy and ravenously hungry (always great while trying to lose weight) but other than that I am improving everyday. Even worked out a little on the Wii Fit today. Thankfully I have a short week this week so I only have to work three days. Mostly  am excited for a cupcake competition I am entering this weekend! I can't wait to get my bake on!

    How are you doing? Have you started your next cycle yet?

    I am making Chai Caramel Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Buttercream. I am also going to make little fondant pumpkins and leaves since last year the people that won seemed to be the ones that made extra decorative stuff. I am super excited, you can bet I will be posting lots and lots of pictures next week.

     I am so sorry you are having to go through all this. I am going to keep everything humanly possible crossed for you guys. It just has to be your time.

    btw I love your pumpkins in your siggy! We had pumpkins as our center peices at our wedding and one had a heart carved in it with our initials. Love all the fall stuff so much!

    The prize is a gift basket with random stuff from local businesses, bit a big deal. But I will take the bragging rights over a girl I work with who is entering as well over the prize any day. You would be surprised how many people entered last year,  I am sure it will be even more this year. My guess is the amateur category will have at least 50 entries. Thanks for the vote of confidence. I would love to win, but honestly I will just take an excuse to bake and hang out with a bunch of people who love cupcakes as much as I do, plus our entry fee goes to the local food bank so it is a good cause too. I almost wish I was judging b/c a day full of doing nothing but eating cupcakes sounds like heaven to me.
