For those that know me: Isabel Ann has arrived (partial birth story)

Hi ladies,

I won't scare you with the deets of my birthstory, I will put it over on the birth story board when I get a chance.

Isabel Ann arrived on Saturday September 18th at 2:30 pm via c-section. My water broke at 3pm on Friday and I was admitted at 5pm to L&D my contrax kicked in at 4am and I went from 2 to 4cm by 7am (got an epi then). By 10:30 I was 10cm but -2 station. They gave me 2h to get her down. In that time I got the shakes and a temp of 103 with her hr at 200 bpm.

So I got a c-section which went pretty well considering she was sunny side up and had meconium in her during delivery.

I developed cellulitis and stayed 6 instead of 3 days. Came home a day just to have my incision open with a huge infection.

I have been hopsitalized for 6 more days and had surgery last night to clean out the wound. Its still going to be a long haul  but the upshot is that Isabel is perfect, I am BFing as much as I can and I am getting better!

Any T&P you could spare would be appreciated!

Pix to follow! Hope all of you ladies are well!
