DH gone for a few days..

So I have the house all to myself! We are hardly ever apart, so it is strange. I think I am going to crack me open a Harvest Moon Pumpkin Ale, yum!

However, I will probably end up O'ing while he is away.. bah. Sad

What are you doing tonight/this weekend? I am super excited for October to be here tomorrow!

    That's the worst! That has happened to us too many times to count!!! My DH has been gone since Sunday & is finally coming home tonight...

    Solo time can be great! I appreciate it every once in awhile. It sucks that your husband may be away while you O though. I would def. be cracking open that pumpkin ale, cheers! Beer

    I'm sorry! I know how you feel. My DH travels frequently and he got back on the day I thought I was going to O. I stayed up all night for him and attacked him when he rolled in at 1am

     

    THis weekend is our first anniversary! We're just going away for a night and taking the day off of work to spend it together

    I am definitely going to take advantage of my alone time and get all those little things done that I always put off. I am hoping to have a very productive weekend!

    Ps. The pumpkin ale is yummy! It really doesn't taste very pumpkiny at all though.

    MH works nights (midnight to 7am) so I'm used to being in the house alone.  At first I hated it and it was scary, but now it's my fun time.  I end up playing music really loud and dancing on the bed.  Or watching sappy chick flicks.

    :( @ potentially missing your O.  Here's to hoping it delays itself until the timing is better!

    Pumpkin ale sound like something MH would love.  Cheers!  Enjoy your weekend!

    Oh I just told DH that I wanted to pick up some fall beers and try a pumpkin one! As for me, I am having a glass of Shiraz.  DH is in Vegas for work (how nice right?) and was in Louisville last Thurs-Sunday so DD and I have been living it up.  We really miss him terribly, we do but we're making cookies, pizza, fudge, hot sauce, dips, casseroles, etc this week...I wonder why my pants are tight! ha!
