in Babies on the Brain

Now he's just lying here in my bed with me all shiny eyed and keeps saying "Mommy help me. You can help me feel better?" Crying 

He just dozed off. He's been doing that all day for 5-10 minute stretches.  

 

I just want to take it away. I'd rather be sick myself.  

He has an appt tomorrow morning with strict instructions to watch his temp and if it spikes go directly to Urgent Care or the ER.

    Nursed without dairy, egg, soy, peanut, treenut, fish, shellfish or beef for over a year.
    Currently tandem nursing dairy, egg, and shellfish free.
    DS born via emergency c/s after 20 hrs of labor. DD successful VBAC!

    I already weep when she gives me the "mama help me" eyes - I can't imagine what I'll do when she can actually say it. He's lucky to have a mama taking such good care of him. I hope he feels better soon.
