I used to work for her but quit about a month ago to get into my new career and spend more time with my DD and of course DS when he arrives. This offended her terribly and I havent talked to her since my last day. In the mean time DD has started preschool and dance and she hasnt even called to see how she likes school and everything.. ANYWAYS, I know she added me just to snoop, when all she would have to do is pick up the phone and give me a call.. NICE. LOL sorry bout the vent
You all are too funny. I just don't think my husband would agree with any reason to not befriend his mother. Not that he really wants to friend her, but...
In the grand scheme of things, I'm lucky in that she lives an ocean away so I have none of the in person shiite that many of you deal with. On the downside, however, there's only my DH and his brother, plus the two daughter in laws. So we're all required to be her friends.
I accepted and ended up blocking her view of my wall and receiving any of my status updates.
My SIL feels the same as I do...and we stick together when it comes to our gem of a MIL.
