My dr. won't see me, she's referred me to go to the Fertility Clinic at Kaiser. In order to see an actual doctor there (same building, just a different floor...) I have to attend a group session that is 2 hours long. Something tells me I won't learn anything new.
Anyone gone to these things? Care to tell me what you got out of it?
TIA- this might be a post and run, I have to teach for most of the rest of the afternoon.
Re: Anyone go to Kaiser's "Infertility Clinic" meeting?
I have Kaiser. I just needed a referral from my PCP to see the RE. Then made the RE appt and proceeded from there.
However, I see you are in the Bay Area... they do things differently up there from what I understand. I know SoCal Kaiser has no option of IVF, but I've heard that NorCal Kaiser does do IVF.... so maybe that's part of the difference.

Thank you ladies! That was very helpful! Off I go on the 12th.
Hopefully I can get something productive out of it!
I just filled out their survey. I'm sure I'll be heading to the clinic shortly. Maybe I'll see you there!?
