Back contractions?

Ugh . . . so I'm at work, and I have two more appointments to get through at least, and what I think may be back contractions are setting in. I have had a few before, but these make me stop in my tracks, and I have to sit down. What do I do? Same rules, right? Only call if there are more than 6 in an hour? It is a little hard to tell when they are starting and stopping right now.

I wish I were more confident about this whole process.

I'd say call when you have the number of contractions they told you to call for. I've heard of back labor before...doesn't sound fun

Aside from the painless BH ctx, the back ones are the only type that I've been having. I don't think I'm in store for a fun time

They've passed for the moment . . . thank God.

I've had a couple of BH back contractions but not the real ones... those are only up front. I'de wait to see how you feel after work and then call if they're still there!
