Ergo question

For those of you who use an Ergo carrier, have you tried using the back carry position?  How old were your LOs?

    I had to look back at pictures to remind myself but we used the Ergo in the back carry for the first time when DS was 4 months old. He had excellent head control so we felt good about trying it. I usually wore him in the front though.

    Thanks!!  DD has great head control as well.  I'll try doing the back carry around the house first before taking her outside like that.

    We got it around 6 months so we started right away.  We don't really like it now because he is so low but he would snuggle right in when he was younger.  I still love it for front carries.

    I can't wait to do the back carry but I think my LO is still a little small for it.  As much as I love the front carry, I think I could get more done (dishes, laundry) if he was in the back carry for part of the day.

    We just started doing back carries in the Ergo with DD. I normally only do it when I know she will stay awake since she is so low. Mostly at the grocery store while she flirts with everyone. :)
