So I'm new to The Bump and new to TTC, but I'm really confused and could really use some advice. I was supposed to start AF two weeks ago, but nothing... absolutely nothing. I've taken a few HPT and they've all been negative. However, I have several symptoms like breast tenderness (omg... putting on a bra hurts!), I'm breaking out like I've never done before, I'm in the bathroom more than normal, I'm tired like I just ran a marathon, and I have an increase in CM, which is TMI, I know, but I am at a loss for an explanation as to what is going. Please help? Thank you.
Re: New and confused!
You need to see your doctor if you are worried. They can probably straighten a lot of things out for you.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14
I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
Hi! Click on the Newbie Info link in my signature. Lots of helpful information. GL!
ETA: If that's your full name in your screen name, I would change that for security purposes.
No she doesn't...there is no reason to call your doctor until 60 days unless you are almost %100 sure when you ovulated.

Well, if it was me, and I was two weeks late and trying to conceive, I would see my doctor. She seems to think she knows when she ovulated.
But I have an extremely regular cycle, so I would know something was up.
Really? If you had negative tests and not a damn clue when you ovulated since you don't chart, you call your doctor?? Love to hear that phone call. "the test says no but I know its wrong! I just know it!"

Do you have a link to your chart?

Yep. I don't really think it's a stretch to say "Something's up with my period. We've been TTC and I'm two weeks late. I have negative HPT's. Could you guys tell me what might be up? Thanks."
But like I said. I've never had a two weeks late period in my life, so I would know something was going on, pregnancy related or not.
Oy vey. Either someone with a bunch of AEs is super creative today or we are just THAT lucky...
Are you recently off hormonal birth control? If so, it can take months for your cycles to normalize again.
If you're concerned, call your doctor. They will be able to get all the facts from you, and also know your gynecological history, and can give you better answers than we can here. I've heard of rare cases where women aren't producing enough of the hormone to be detected on tests in the early weeks. It's unlikely because it's so rare, but it is possible.
