LOL I have been really nervous about how Nuala will do when I'm recovering from having LO etc. I'm her primary walker and she's actually quite good, but has a strong personality and I have had to work with her a lot to keep her from getting excited (not aggressive though) when she sees kids, runners/bikers, and other excitable dogs.

MIL/FIL will be watching LO 3 days/week and probably taking Nuala home with them those days too since they have a dog and are dog-lovers. MIL always talks about taking her grandson and Nuala for lots of walks and it makes me so nervous that she won't behave!

But I couldn't go home for lunch today so MIL stopped by to let Nuala out and take her for a walk. She was good! No barking or trying to run at people or dogs! Apparently my training is paying off.

Sorry this is a lame post but I'm so excited/relieved taht I had to share

So not lame! That's great! Seeing results makes all the time and effort training worth it. I took my pup to the dog park the other day and he came when called every single time I called him. I was so proud I almost cried.

That must put your mind at ease for later!
