Hope today will be a good one for you! It's a very rainy day again with some storms coming through and yet another tornado warning!! This is the most warning I've ever seen in one week! It's crazy! We are supposed to have our dinning room table finally delivered today! I hope it still makes it!

Mornin' Daysie! It's raining like crazy here too...YUCK! I love the new temperatures, but the moisture can go on somewhere.

Hey Daysie! Hope your table gets there! We are in the market for one for the new house and I'm having trouble finding one I like. The weather here has turned nice and sunny for a couple of days which was very welcome.

Good morning! I am in Northern VA too and it's been raining like crazy! A tree already fell on some cars in my neighborhood. Ugh.
Yay for the dining room table - I just ordered a new one myself!

It's a beautiful day here in the Midwest...unfortunately I have to spend my morning waiting for the HVAC guy to come and take a look at our furnace and tell me if the blower is fvcked or if it's something else. Then I have to get back to work...boo!!

I actually found ours online. I was a little nervous when I ordered it, but we have friends who ordered from there and we saw their table and it was really nice!

The only thing I know that we are doing is going to see Cirque du Soleil & most likely going to the zoo. I've never been to DC so I suppose I do need to walk along and see the monuments but I'm not really sure yet. Any suggestions??
And I really need to find some restaurants to eat at. I am staying in Georgetown, but close to the Metro so anywhere is fair game I guess! I would rather have a good local place than a chain place...you know of anything?
Gee I never thought to ask here if anyone lived in that area. The internet is such information overload when you are trying to find stuff!
