  There is a link of the items recalled in a post below.  I believe I saw that chair listed...but can't be sure.

  From what I have seen, it is because some of the chairs have little knobs/pegs on the back legs to hold the tray. A child can fall and hit the knob causing injuries.

  Per the FP website, they have an area where you can check the code on the back of it against the recalled ones.  But, yes if yours has pegs on the back of the legs supposedly for tray storage then it is recalled.  If you call or get on their website, they will send you a repair kit for free.

  I think it's dumb.  I mean really kids falling on the pegs? Kids can fall on any toy and freakishly get hurt.
