My body is driving me crazy (vent)

So, I'm on CD 61.  I had an iffy O test back on day 21 (faint lines, but only if I squinted and looked at it).  I went in today for a blood test so my dr could prescribe progesterone to get this show on the road. 

Got the test results ... not pregnant (too easy), but my progesterone level was 7.4 which means I managed to ovulate last week.  W.T.F.  Luckily we were 'active' last week... So, now I'm back in the 2WW.  Sheesh.  Sorry for the vent...
