Question about washing

My husband and I are considering CD and doing some research. Everything I find referring to washing mentions using the hot cycle. My washer will not work on the hot cycle. Does anyone have any recommendations to be able to wash CD without a hot cycle?

    You could boil a pot of water and pour it in with every wash.  It would be a pain but it would work.  Or unhook the cold water line so that it only gets hot water?  I'm not sure if that's possible.

    I thought my washer didn't work on the hot cycle as well that's why I didn't start cloth diapering right away... then someone suggested manually turning on the hot water tap to the washer. Something I hadn't even thought of. If that's not the case for you, then I would definitely try adding boiling water to your wash cycle. Hope that helps!
