what a real AF is like. At least one thing I know from last cycle - I had lots of estrogen bc I am having a "normal" AF. I have been on low dose BC since I started 7.5 years ago and even "missed" a couple times on loestrin bc there was so little estrogen in the pill (so said my dr) - I even made him put me on a higher dose one bc I need to know every month.
Now that I'm having normal AF I forgot how spoiled I was to have light, quick AFs. Ugh...can't wait til she gets back outta town.
Re: Now I remember
Mine were almost non-existent when I was on BCP, I had been on it for 6years. I expected a brutal AF when I went off it, but continued with light nes for a few months. I thought maybe it would always be like that....but I was wrong. This cycle I was reminded of what real periods are like, I am glad things are getting back to normal, but OUCH.

Um, yes! I hadn't had a real AF in 2 years and last cycle I wanted to curl up in a ball and die. It was that bad.
Hope yours isn't too bad and she gets the hell outta here soon!
