Alright, yeah, piss off the pregnant lady.

I'm baffled by peoples selfishness.

 My FIL doesn't have a job. He drives around all day, or stops and drinks while his wife works all day.He mooches off unemployment since he got fired like 8 months ago. Not been looking for jobs (real ones. he has to look for them but he goes for jobs he knows he wont get) He does absolutely nothing at home on top of that. I lived with then for a short time and  he seriously laid on the couch all day with a beer. Like 9 am, beer in hand. ANYWAYS

My son is sick. He's had a temp ranging from 102-103.5 for 3 days now. Went to the ER Tuesday and they didn't find anything, but this morning he's now puking and he says his bladder hurts (well the spot in front of his bladder, he's 4 he doesn't know what it is) I'm thinking UTI ( I get them ALOT, he probably inherited my slightly deformed bladder)

So I called and told DH to get a hold of him, cause his dad was in the area anyways and ask him if he could take us to go back to the doctors. DH is stuck at work and theres no way he can get away. His dad said "Well if he doesnt get any better I'll take him, I really don't have the gas"

BY THE WAY doesn't get better by itself, it could turn into a kidney infection annnnnnd you dont have the GAS but you can go buy BEER with the 20 bucks in gas money that I gave you not 2 days ago? Really? REALLY?

I'm about to kick him a new a**hole I'm not even kidding.

    If this FIL is drinking all day, why would you want him driving you and your child around?

    I agree with PP. Why not call a Taxi or call someone else to come get you. I would be nervous for DS to be in the car.

    I thought maybe he could take a day off drinking to help his grandkid. Fat chance. I am calling a taxi now tho.FIL is getting a piece of my mind once DS is better.

     

    Me and him have gotten into it about the drinking, I go off if I see it or smell it on him. I wouldn't put DS in that situation, don't worry about that. I'm just pissed that he can be so assholish in telling me he can't take time out of his busy schedule. The man would die if he came here and had a beer after I asked him to take us somewhere.

    Sorry just stressed :(

    Yeah I know, it's kind you want to think so badly that they will have some kind of revelation like "hey I should stop being a douche"

    Thats why when he said that I was like "wow...ok then..." and decided that a taxi, or MY dad would be better. My dad is the best, but he lives like an hour away. Hate asking him to drive all this way but he said he'd take. Made an appointment for the doctor so he didnt have to take off work completely.
