Code for photo sizes in siggy?

I know this has been asked a bajillion times, and I usually just use tinypic for my photos, but I want my fall collage to be somewhere between their "thumbnail" size and whatever I have it at now.

Someone has posted the code before where you can just plug in the photo link and the numbers you want for the size, and that's what I'm looking for.

I'm not a total HTML/computer idiot, but I don't know how to do that. TIA!

    take out the *, and plug in whatever width you want, height will resize accordingly.

    Also when posting there is the toolbar right above the typing area, the picture of a tree next to the smilie icon is where you can put in a picture and resize. I can never remember the code so I use that.
