Lack of appetite

Anyone else having a lack of appetite i know towards the end a lot of people say there's just not much room in your stomach to eat a whole lot but I figured it would be awhile before I got to that point...

This last week I just haven't been hungry and nothing sounds good between school and work if I don't feel hungry I forget to eat and then get headaches and eating seems to upset my stomach a bit....

anyone experiencing this or have any advice?

Just talked to my midwive about this today .. she says its completly normal . I dont know how far along you are but im 38 weeks and food is just not high on my list of things lately . She said to make sure I stay hydragated (spelling sorry ) ,and to make sure i take my prenatals ( which is a duh I think lol ) .

I'm only a little over 29 weeks, which is why I figured it would be at least a few more weeks before it became an issue...but maybe not

If your concerned just let your OB know ,but I bet you its just the way the baby is positioned ,he/she is prob just sitting on your stomach lol !

I have been going through phases, either I am not hungry at all or I am starving. There doesn't seem to be an in between. Just try to eat healthy snacks during the day, even if you aren't hungry.

yup...lack of appetite and lack of room where to put it even if I had an appetite. lost a pound this week and my last appt I did not gain anything in 2 weeks, so a net 1 lb weight loss in 3 weeks. It's normal...some women gain a lot of weight in the end and others lose or don't gain any. Nothing to worry about if you and the baby are healthy and ok.
