Newbie-Cold Question

in 1st Trimester

Hi Ladies,

So I just got my BFP yesterday, and am awaiting blood results.  I have a scheduled phone call with my Doctor for Monday.  I am in a wedding this weekend and have an awful cold all of a sudden and don't know what is safe to take!  Does anyone know what is safe?  Thanks sooo much :)

    you should call your dr office and ask the nurse... really, the only thing my doc says is ok that early was tylenol.  i think it depends on what decongestant... best to ask a medical professional.

    chicken soup, oj, ginger, cough drops are good in the meantime.  and plenty of fluids!

    My nurse said Tylenol Cold & Sinus and Robutussin plain. My OB says tea with caffeine and honey with a little pepermint would help. GL!

    ive been sick for over a week. i had lost my voice but its back and i am major congested. i also am in a wedding this weekend.  when i asked my doctor what i could take she said- drink a lot of water!
