DIY Decorating help

Ok so I received a changing table as a gift from my grandmother but the pad is naked and doesn't have a cover.  Its about 3/4 of an inch thick and about 3" longer and 2" wider than a queen sized pillow.  My dilemma is this: do i make a bigger "pillowcase" for it (because I haven't found any that fit so far) and have to go to a friend's place to use her sewing machine and what not, or what about doing a tie-style case around it like the no-sew blankets and pillows? Cost is about the same I think for the fabric. What do you ladies think? Or any other suggestions?

    Someone posted on here a while back that king-sized pillowcases will fit.

    This!  You can buy a pack of two at TJ Maxx, Homegoods, Marshall's etc and if you get white you can always dye them whatever color you want!
