I was under the impression that you have a temp drop, below your coverline, when AF is about to show. Is it possible to get AF with no temp drop? What about with a temp rise? I thought I was spotting for the last few days, but I think it may be a bit more than that, so I changed it to light on my chart. My temps had gone up though, and were quite a bit above my coverline. I'm not sure if you'll be able to tell, now that I changed it, since it started a new cycle now. My coverline was at 97.39, yesterday's temp was WAY above that at 98.18, and today's temp was lower than yesterday but still much above the coverline at 97.97.
Any ideas? I'm kinda stumped. If my temps don't drop tomorrow, I'm going to be extra confused. Ugh...:(
Re: AF w/o Temp Drop?
sorry cant help, but was wondering the same thing. i have NEVER spotted before AF and ALWAYS had a temp drop before AF came. i now have had 2 days of tiny bit of "spotting" ...i guess ill see what happens tomorrow.
**waiting to see what others say**
Last cycle I had a small drop, but it was still above the cover line.
This cycle I'm already below the cover line
I'm not spotting or anything, yet.
Jeez! That's crazy...what are the chances?
I thought one of the good things about charting was that you'd "know" when to expect AF...but if this is the case, how would I ever know? Boo!
~after 34 cycles we finally got our 2nd little bundle of joy~

My IF blog
I had the same this cycle (my first month charting)
